Bulk update and create inventory items

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We want the workshop to be updated at all times. Therefore it should be easy to update and add new items to the inventory.

Describe the solution you'd like
It should be possible to update the inventory with an excel file. This can be either done through the website with a file upload or by sending the file to DevOps which converts it to sql and runs it.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Generally should be easy to bulk update or bulk create.
