Feature Request: Create Fundraising Party

Allow people to create fundraising event:

Only possible until deadline 28th of September
To finance the campaign we need 2 mio Euros (right now we have 1,76)
Create Event
(optional, needs programming: Set fundraising target)

Are these fundraising parties public or private (invite only)?

To be decided. I think private would be better. Then we can publish adress and contact info inside the event.
