deregister from event must be possible somewhere (user feels trapped otherwise)

this is harder than it looks. and i'd say not worth it.

the only possible option IMO is to only allow non-owners of yet unviable meetups to unregister and non-owners from viable meetups only when their withdrawal doesn't make the meetup unviable.
