Currently the on-prem builder when running in https allows TLS 1.0, 1.1, and 1.2. It would be preferable to have this configurable so that the allowed TLS can be set/restricted to a smaller subset (i.e. just allow TLS 1.2). For many enterprise situations it will be a requirement to not allow TLS 1.0 and 1.1.
