What do we do ?
This epic is for version bumps of close to 600 habitat packages. The mechanism of version bump includes finding out the latest version number , determining major version vs minor version upgrade and updating version along with the shasum)

The list of packages are here :

How do we do ?
The branching/ merging strategy which we are following are :

Acceptance Criteria: All the plans have PR's approved for version upgrades.
