Describe the bug
I cannot get Proxychains4 Firefox to work with alive proxy servers. Proxychains4 Firefox works with loopback address Socks(4/5)

To Reproduce
ProxyChains4 Conf file (things that are uncommented):

dynamic_chain
proxy_dns
remote_dns_subnet 224
tcp_read_time_out 15000
tcp_connect_time_out 8000
[ProxyList]
socks4(tab) 127.0.0.1 9050
socks4(tab) 72.214.108.67 4145

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Proxychains4 Firefox

Expected behavior
Proxy will connect with "OK" but I will get FireFox errors. I have tried changing settings in FireFox about:config
security.pki.mitm_canary_issuer.enabled
