Allowing multiple bands #118

Looking at other hosted OpenWebRX SDR setups on sdr.hu, many of them allow the user to select between multiple bands.

How is this possible? Looking through the parameters available to configure with OpenWebRX only a single band/frequency range is permitted.

I wish he didn't abandon this .. because it has some huge potential. Labels, bands are all doable but not built into this software yet.
