Request from @spxiwh:

Can we use the workflow.injections module to handle a variety of ways to supply injection files, and allow the possibility to compute faithsims on multiple injection sets in one go (ie. to have results on BNS region, and NSBH region ...). This also then handles pregenerated injection files, and (I think) PyCBC's new injection code so we don't need to rely on old inspinj and XML.
