I'm removing a lot of Verilator tests in #409. These tests will still test for synthesis, but they will not test simulation.

The existing integration tests (integration_tests/lakeroad) run synthesis and simulation, and so are the "gold standard", but the vast majority of them test the dsp template. Should add a few for the other templates.
