I can't get gulp icons to run and I don't know why T-T

so. I have a config.json containing svg icons and I normally use "gulp icons" (clearing node_modules first and running npm install) and then the new icons are there. Yay. But now I tried this again after a month and I get this error, which doesn't really tell me what exactly is wrong and searching the webs didn't help. Do you have an idea?

I kinda got into the project without having many ideas of npm and gulp so if there is ANY information missing don't hesitate to ask. Because I don't know what is wrong here and what changed since my last try to generate icons I am a bit lost to see what I can provide to you, sorry for that.
