Enable authenticating a device based on its unique certificate

• Extract common name see add SessionSecurity with peer certificate #6
• Check if common name is in a format that indicates cpe specific certificate
• Allow for not requiring basic auth if common name is a cpe identity

@guillaumepellegrino i dont have the time to contribute i found out. I have other projects now like testcontainers and work and life. You decide if you leave me a contributor or "kick me out"

Btw this issue was pain. Not possible to solve cross plattform.
