CWMP Appendix A gives a list of RPC that are required to be compliant.

I suggest to use this issue to track them.
Since the project page has been set-up, this could also be tied to a milestone.

I've sorted the RPCs the same way CWMP paper does, and added a link to the specific section in latest version of tr-069
