Clear knowledge events during interrupt #47

If a knowledge event is being held on during an interrupt, attempts to succeed it, re-create it, or use it will fail.

Have UPSTAGE figure out if it's a knowledge event and clear the knowledge. Update the docs in the interrupt section to make this behavior clear.
