I am using the harvest API to create a new candidate with an application. That works fine. However, after the candidate is created I am unable to add a new application to the existing candidate. I get back a 403. I am also unable to delete the candidate, getting 403 as well. I double checked that our API key has needed permissions for these operations. Can you please advise?
