Request: Streetview availability layer toggle

I would like to request that if the Google Streetview tool is selected it could toggle on and off a layer called Google Streetview Availability. I can share the layer at your request.

Hi @TheCre8r this is a good idea. If you have an idea of how to do this I would definitely accept a pull request or any code samples you could provide for the change.
