执行 export SKLEARN_ALLOW_DEPRECATED_SKLEARN_PACKAGE_INSTALL=True 就行了

在Windows命令行输入set SKLEARN_ALLOW_DEPRECATED_SKLEARN_PACKAGE_INSTALL=True
