Max lifetime for webhooks/subscriptions?

Hi, is there such a thing as a max lifetime for subscriptions/webhooks? In case a webhook subscriber does not properly delete a webhook, will the orphaned callback hooks accumulate and still be executed? Is there some form of limiting in place?
