Minify docker images

Currently v0.16.0 indexer-agent docker image size is 2.6GB. NodeJS runtime (base image) is only 55MB.
Current image contains rust compile and other stuff not required in runtime, as far as I understand.

Big images makes image pulling/pushing slow and uses a lot of space on disk. It would be cool if it's possible to minify image at least to 1GB size
