I followed your script, generate_colmap.py, to preprocess my own datasets, but it didn't work well. Specifically, the hierarchical_mapper generated multiple directories in unrectified/sparse/, like /sparse/0,/sparse/1,...,/sparse/10. I exported the models using colmap, finding they are only part of the complete data, which indicates that this command did not complete the merge operation.
I would like to ask if you guys have encountered this problem when working with your complete, large datasets, and if so, how did you deal with it?
