federate queries and federated rule groups with Mimir in Grafana

I used Grafana with Mimir datasource. When I used the federate queries and federated rule groups feature in Grafana together, there is a little problem.

• I am a dba, so I need query all metrics of databases belong all tenants. Use the following configuration, it solved my problem perfectly.
  

• Then I need use these metrics to configure rules in Grafana, but I encounter this issue.
  

• If I used single tenant, it seemed pretty good
  
  

Therefore, whether a particular tenant like __admin__ can be provided, it can query all metrics of all tenants
