Feature description

Today, explore profiles forces you to select a singular service name. The prospect would like to use compare profiles to select profiles from different services so that they can compare various teams implementations of the same packages or templatized APIs to understand why some are more performant than others.

Describe the solution you'd like
Either add ability to choose the service name on both sides of the compare page or remove the requirement to select a service name all together and allow free text query
