Discuss how we want to do weekly releases:

Currently they are not in use. Do we need them?
Currently they don’t have changelogs. Should it be added?
Currently they are versioned as weekly/fXX-YYYYYYY? Do we want to keep it this way?
Currently they override latest.zip. In general - how we want to consume latest.zip
Currently they are published to Plugins Catalog.
