[favorites view] Allow user to organize their panels by drag and dropping them

The favorited vizualisations are sorted alphabetically. When their number grows, it can be convenient for the user to arrange them as they prefer.

Describe the solution you'd like

Make the panels draggable and resizable, like in a dashboard, so that the user can group them and organize them as they prefer.

We could also offer the possibility to create groups or tabs.
