Would be nice to have reusable log formats

Many users have asked for reusable log views by formatting the log line in the panel or table view. This is especially helpful for complex JSON line formats where a user might want to hone in key aspects of the log line and elimate the noise.

It would be even nicer to have log formats that could be shared across Grafana between different applications (ex. Classic Explore, Explore Apps and App O11y)
