Feature Request

Currently to scrape GCP metrics, we need to set a project. To scrape non-bucket GCP metrics, we need to configure the project using the gcp.bucket-projects flag. This looks to be a legacy flag and it's unintuitive for users to know this is how to set the project flag. We should rename this flag since it's not being used to only fetch bucket metrics.
