The instructions under "Configure the Alloy service" are no longer correct.

If only flags passed to the Alloy binary need to be changed, this can be edited in the #{etc}/alloy/extra-args.txt file.

Otherwise if the service needs to be modified, that needs to be done in the alloy-wrapper heredoc, not the actual service block, which will have no effect.
