Request

Prometheus has AzureAD OAuth but Grafana Alloy lacks it.

https://prometheus.io/docs/prometheus/latest/configuration/configuration/#remote_write

Use case

This feature already exists in Prometheus and limits usage of Grafana Alloy for Azure Managed Metrics/Prometheus users.

Have created a inital draft pull request, requires check over docs, updated tests and config converters
