Deutsche Post label purchases are broken

Since Deutsche Post raised their fees on 1st July 2019 (https://www.paketda.de/news-briefporto-2019.html), all Deutsche Post shipment labels fail to get purchased. This happens due to the fact that the old rates are still getting used in the live environment.

same problem here. Has not been fixed yet.
I can only view the error message:

DeutschePost: Request failed. Please try again or contact Shippo support at [email protected].

unfortunately no answer from the support by now.
