If an importer is available, custom parser settings should NOT be send to the API

eg. we have a custom parser
API update --> there is now an importer for this URL
WP still does send the parser settings to the API, and should not.
If we update the post, parser settings are not saved anymore so it fixes it.
but anyway should work without post update.
