Plugin failing to load translations

bbPress Votes doesn't load translations properly, load_plugin_textdomain returns false.

I've tried with language files generated from bbpvotes.pot using Poedit, the included russian ones (changed wordpress language to russian), but the issue persists no matter what.

}

The path is ok.
