Automatic decoding of custom extension objects

Hello, from my understanding the stack doesn't currently allow automatic decoding of custom extension objects and it requires struct to be defined at client build type. Is this still true? If so, is there eventually a roadmap for that functionality?

We don't have that on the roadmap but I am happy to take a PR

Here is some code which does the heavy lifting of generating an anonymous Go type at runtime to help with the decoding. We still need to pull the ua.StructureDefinition from the server at runtime though.
