[Feature request] Stop kill Gemini Nano with BACKGROUND_USE_BLOCKED

What's your feature request? Please describe.
Dear Google. I created a universal right-hand sidebar that worked in the background. It only used resources when necessary, and it worked. Now I'm getting error code 30. (BACKGROUND_USE_BLOCKED) This has completely ruined my idea of summarizing notifications and AI rules. Even overlays are not considered usage... Please restore everything to how it was.

I have the same problem. I would like to use gemini nano as a spell checker in other apps. At the moment, I need to bring up the activity, but this should actually not be needed

The funny thing is, it used to work. Google recently updated it and blocked the feature.
