Whenever I try to create a new project while using an iPad device it does not load. It shows only a grey screen with the logo on the topleft corner, making it impossible to use the application. Loading an already existing project from drive does not work as well

  • Device: iPad 6th Gen Model MR7F2BZ/A
  • OS: iPadOS 16.3.1
  • Browser Safari/Chrome

Trying to use this app with my school students using supplied iPads but this bug makes it impossible to do anything.

We are also experiencing this issue in an Education Context. All our Primary students have iPads and this is an amazing tool for them to use. But unfortunately doesn't work.

Can confirm doesn't work at all on iPad for a student. It doesn't even load the full page.

After clicking "Get Started" on the home page, it proceeds to the New Project page, but nothing appears except the top-right corner rounded rectangle containing the hamburger menu and the "Teachable Machine" title. The hamburger menu does not work, and the page does nothing.

This is the exact same behavior in Safari, Firefox, and Chrome. Can't figure it out.
