types: use appropriate type for codelab duration

For some reason [Duration](https://github.com/googlecodelabs/tools/blob/d557ecbfc54e92ee85c3f1e2f5e05f453702374d/claat/types/meta.go#L28) field of `Codelab` is `int.

We should use `time.Duration`.
