Hosting in a corporate environment?

I'm interested in potentially using codelabs for hosting guides for software/libraries internal to my company. However, I'm concerned about the mentions of things like google analytics since I don't want anything being exported externally.

Is there any information about what information is being sent out/how to disable it?
