Describe the bug
The CastButton is hiding when you minimize the app.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open the android app
CastButton is displayed enabled and with devices found
Press the home button or swipe up to view multitasking
Go back to the application and CastButton will be hiding

Expected behavior
When you return to the application the CastButton should be shown

Device: Moto G 5G and other devices
OS: Android 11, Android 12, Android 13
