generateContent method does not support simultaneous assignment of functionDeclarations and googleSearchRetrieval object #352

The generateContent method of vertexAI.preview.getGenerativeModel in the API is currently unable to assign both functionDeclarations and googleSearchRetrieval object arguments simultaneously. When attempting to utilize both arguments in a single API call, the response is a ClientError with the following message:

ClientError: [VertexAI.ClientError]: got status: 400 Bad Request. {"error":{"code":400,"message":"Request contains an invalid argument.","status":"INVALID_ARGUMENT"}}

Steps to Reproduce:

Make a request to the generateContent method of vertexAI.preview.getGenerativeModel.
Provide values for both the functionDeclarations and googleSearchRetrieval arguments.
Observe the returned ClientError response with the specified error message.

Expected Behavior:

The generateContent method should allow the assignment of both functionDeclarations and googleSearchRetrieval object arguments in the same API call without triggering a ClientError. The API response should provide the expected generative content based on the combined functionality of both arguments.
