Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I don't like to manually update ci configs.

Describe the solution you'd like
CI periodically downloads config from dashboard and apply it in case of changes.
Dashboard deployment is automated. Embedding ci configs into dashboard we can automate ci configs deployment.
