E2Es for latest and nightly are consistently failing with missing block title

Bug Description

For the last couple of days, E2E tests have been failing consistently for the the nightly and latests builds of WordPress because of the following test:

Site Kit admin bar component display › loads when editing a post with data in Search Console

With the following message:

Expected mock function not to be called but it was called with:
    ["The block \"google-site-kit/sign-in-with-google\" must have a title."]
