As suggested by @aaemnnosttv, parts of the publication information synchronization that are behind the
rrmModuleV2feature flag should be unguarded so that existing users of the Reader Revenue Manager module have necessary data synced and cached in advance, thus improving their transition from Phase 1 to Phase 2.Do not alter or remove anything below. The following sections will be managed by moderators only.
