Consolidate inline module data store for Analytics module

Feature Description

New datastore partial module-data was created in #10289 , we should move remaining inline data from the Module, like resourceAvailabilityDates and customDimensionsDataAvailable

We can also consolidate filters on the backend, you can see this comment

There is WiP branch which can be continued, it transfered resourceAvailabilityDates but it needs more effort, to adjust the global data in a lot of tests, and customDimensionsDataAvailable would need more though on refactoring due to it's usage
