When connecting a module, allow for configurations to be appllied during initial set up

Bug Description

At present some module configurations can only be applied after a module is already set up. (ie. For Google Analytics: "Enhanced Conversion Reporting", "Exclude Analytics" & "Place Google Analytics code"). Consider allowing all configurations during initial set up.
