Add a "Learn more" Link to the Tag Manager setup

Feature Description

As discussed in the support/engineering sync with Evan, it would be helpful to add a "Learn more" Link to the Tag Manager setup here.

This would link to the newly added Managing Tag Manager documentation once it has been pushed to production.
