Description

When the user manually scrolls the flyout while the flyout is animating to a recently selected category, the scrolls fight each other until the mouse wheel events stop.

Reproduction steps

1. Click a category in the toolbox
2. While the flyout is still scrolling to that category, manually scroll with the mousewheel in the flyout
3. Observe the chaos
