Add blocks for navigation/pagination

Add custom blocks for pagination/navigation which can be inserted into the slider and styled (spacing, colors). They probably should have the "ancestor" field set, so they can be put into a group inside the slider to change the layout/spacing.
This should work similar to how one can add pagination to the core query block
