Linter doesn't work on Windows

Description of the problem

I'm using VS Code and run linters from there. In one of the projects golangci-lint doesn't work on Windows. Exact same setup on Linux runs fine. One of the possible causes is that there some cgo indirect dependency on github.com/DataDog/zstd.

As I said, exact same thing runs on Linux with no issues.

I also tried running another linters, such as revive, and they also work well. Problem is only with golangci-lint on Windows.

Tried both with and without gcc toolchain in %PATH%.

Why did you move it here? This is not a question. I'm reporting a bug. This thing is supposed to work under Windows. Other linters do. This one does on Linux. The only difference is OS.

This error suggests that is a problem with your environment, CGO and C are subtle to setup.

Note: You didn't provide any reproducible example.

This could be a problem with environment, but since other linters work fine, it's more likely that a problem is with golangci-lint not working properly under Windows. Sorry, I can't provide the code because of NDA, but I'll try to make a reproducible example.

Please note, that a project is not a cgo itself, has no direct cgo dependencies and in fact doesn't need gcc or anything from C toolchain to be built under Windows, however there is some indirect dependency, which I would probably never be aware of if not that error.
