Also, is the expression matrix after doublet removal?

Hi Qingnan,

Yes, the data are published in this paper and this paper. The data are on GEO as GSE118614. I did not work directly on this project so I'm not sure if doublets have been removed from the GEO data; if they are present their cell type is likely annotated as such.
