charging stops 4 % higher than set up value

The app worked - Thanks! but just an FYI - At first I thought that the app didn't work but after a second try I noticed that battery charging actually stops 4 % higher than set up value in charge limiter. In my case I set it up at 85% and it actually stopped at 89%. The battery icon on the top bar still indicates that laptop is plugged in but battery is not charging.

This is because the app using BCLM to write battery charge level max values. The manual of BCLM utility recommended to set the BCLM value below the desire charging level about 3% to compensate the behavior.
