Cost Analysis related list, after loading once, switching list again will not load the latest data, continuous switching in a short period of time
成本优化相关列表，加载一次后，再次切换列表不加载最新数据，短期内连续切换

@zsnmwy looks like it related to tdesign framework? Do we need to change it or it has a refresh interval?

Add the fetch data action to the React lifecycle that should be resolved.
