Make httpbakery (and by extension the requests dependency) optional or a separate install

I'm wanting to use macaroonbakery in a project that uses httpx instead of requests. I don't need the features in httpbakery, so I'd like to avoid including it if I can avoid it, instead just getting macaroonbakery.bakery and its dependencies.
